30 Aug Richmond Police Looking for At-Risk Man Missing Since Tuesday

Richmond police said just after noon Friday they’re looking for a missing at-risk man who was last seen Tuesday.

Robert Dylen Hall was last seen at 13th Street between Chanslor and Bissel avenues. Hall is a white male standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds. He was wearing a tan hooded sweatshirt, black jogging pants and white shoes.

Police say Hall may be at risk to himself. He is known to hang out at the Walgreens Plaza at 1150 Macdonald Ave.
