New Gates Reduce Reports of Fare Evasion, BART Says New BART fare gates that are harder to push through, jump over or crawl under have reduced reports of fare evasion by more than half, officials said Friday.
BART to Close Pittsburg Center Station This Weekend… Pittsburg Center BART will be closed Saturday and Sunday, so new fare gates can be installed. A free shuttle will run between it and the Bay Point station.
